Brotherly Love

Truth

Relief

There is a certain camaraderie in Freemasonry. We love each other and care for each other and have each others back. If you have ever been a Marine, a Navy Seal, an Army Ranger, a lineman on a football team, a Police Officer or a Fireman, then you understand what is being said here

Specifically, we are talking about male bonding, something that gets little press. We read in John 15: 13 – “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” That is the sentiment expressed in Freemasonry, a bond between men so strong that each Mason would not hesitate to make the ultimate sacrifice

When one becomes a member of a Masonic Lodge he joins a family, a family that will share and care for him, celebrate with him in times of joy and pray for him in times of sorrow, AND…  provide whatever financial assistance as they can without injury to themselves or their family.

Relief is charity – to all humankind, expecting nothing in return. It can be as simple as driving an elderly person to the doctor, paying a bill for a person who cannot, to providing scholarships for higher education and a summer camp for youth leadership

Prince Hall Masonic Lodges are dedicated to improving the community in which they reside. They often participate in community clean up programs and partner with organizations such as Habitat For Humanity. They help register voters and mentor school kids

Freemasons have a sense of civic duty and that sense takes many forms. But it all stems from a desire to give back to the Community what they have been so magnificently blessed with

Freemasons search for truth. That search involves two major aspects.

  • A lifelong pursuit of knowledge with the goal of gaining wisdom.

  • A moral, ethical code that guides every Freemason in everything he says or does.

In addition Freemasons adore their Creator and take time from their daily schedules to give Him praise and adoration. Freemasonry means involving yourself with those who practice a moral code and try to lead upright lives. We MAKE GOOD MEN BETTER. Lodges will give lessons that guide Brothers into a life of purpose and meaning

Freemasonry is not just joining another organization

FREEMASONRY IS A WAY OF LIFE
